Karakteristieke gerechten
Voor zowel de Princenburger als het stoofpotje gebruikt onze chef het vlees van de Schotse hooglander. Dit vlees is een uniek product van deze steek. De hooglanders grazen vrij in het beschermde duingebied en dat proeft u aan de smaak.

Een heerlijk 3 gangenmenu word maandelijks gecreëerd door onze chef. Steeds worden seizoens producten op een creatieve manier gebruikt. Zeer populair bij onze gasten!
